Is this a Double Die?

    Didn't you already start a thread with the same question about the same coin???

    And the term is 'doubled die', not 'double die'.

    Yes but I found this coin which was like a glob. It is a different coin.

    this is not a double die.. it is die deterioration damage.. most likely if you weight it it will be off.. it is not considered a double die.. more like die chatter read up about double dies in the error section of the chat forum theres an article from fivaz stauton cherry pickers guide on double dies please read it.. :thumb:

    most likeli if yuou send it to ngc or pcgs it will come back as details die damage

    Why would the weight of a coin struck by deteriorated dies be off?

    Just saw this but is that a sorta die crack between the A,D in Canada?
