That's pretty cool Clay. You said that it holds the 4-note sheet as well, which is an added bonus. I wonder if they still make these type of folders. Also, how rigid is it? My concern with uncut sheets is related to the storage issues associated with them, hence I have not purchased any.
I use archival sleeves (Specifically, SAFE Collecting Supplies 9292 - Cover Holders Top Open 5 MIL DIN A4). They're just right for a sheet of four.
A 4-bill sheet is about 6 1/4" by 10 1/2". I don't have any 4-bill sheets in my collection at the moment, but I have a couple 10" by 13" frames handy if I do get any. (10" by 13" is one of the closest common frame sizes.) The BEP site has frames for 16-bill and 32-bill sheets, but not 4 or 8. (I use those for my 16-bill sheets)
Assuming that item isn't specific to 4-bill sheets: Are those pockets 8 1/2" by 11"? I tried putting 4-bill sheets in 8 1/2" by 11" sleeves and they bounced around too much. Bag-and-board systems for comic books may be about the right dimensions for a 4-bill sheet. Is _that_ what you have?
the standard size for paper money notes in the US is 2.61" wide x 6.14" long x 0.0043" thick so 4x of these should equal the size holder you need for a 4 note sheet if they have been cut correctly ( plus a little wiggle room). Just a fyi
I've seen these before. Maybe you can find an empty folder? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Collection-...ultDomain_0&hash=item4ab2ca8759#ht_500wt_1413
The one's I use are A4 size - 12-1/4"x8-5/8" for Comic Books: http://www.safepub.com/categories/a...rs/p/9292-cover-holders-heavyweight-a4-per-10 I haven't experienced the sheet moving around in the sleeves — Maybe because I prefer the heavy 10 mil sleeve.
I forgot to mention an important point about the size of the sleeves — I like to keep the BEP folder with the sheet and they are larger than the 4-specimen uncut sheets. The size sleeve I'm using is just about perfect. I just realized that's a photo of "sheets on sheets".
Clay... I reallly like the New York sheets of $2s, $20's and $50's There is something about uncut currency that thrills the senses!! Nice job putting these together.
