Maybe if it was about $100 cheaper I'd say bite, but that's just me and the price I'd be willing to pay for it or around that ballpark price of about $150 or so.

Hmmmm.. Take a sniff. I'd throw out an offer of 180, let him counter at 220. Then tell him you can only go 200 firm. Pull a triple double.

I was thinking of something like that, but I saw that there was already a best offer on it. That kind of complicates things

I might have been the one to offer on it. I can't remember. If I did, I offered like $150 or $175. It is a nice coin but it is at AU money,

That's what I was thinking as well. But honestly, pay what you think it's worth to you, don't let our opinions sway your decision, it's really up to you. ;)

Wow thats a piece of information. I think my best bet is to offer 185 or so and go from there. Thanks for your help guys.

Since CAC stickers seem to bring just a little more money, maybe that can justify the $200 figure. I would do it at that price. It's value should only go up over the years. That's the type of coin which would stay in my collection permanently.

I don't think so, I like the Heriatge one more, and especially with the price tag. I don't have anything against the one on ebay, but I do feel the price is a little steep. Both are nice coins, and U.S. coins (the ebay seller) is a very reputable dealer.

I would be interested in that starting at at $200. Even without the CAC< I think that the reverse is exceptionally strong for an XF and definately could go AU. It's a beautiful coin. I have no problem paying "too much" for this coin.

Sure glad I already have a AU58 or it would be gone and I would of overpaid again.

Nice half. But too expensive. I could see paying a bit more than price guide ($165) but not much. It's not a difficult coin.

That's a very nice coin, and the only person who can truly tell if it is worth the asking price is the one doing the buying.

I would have no problem paying the asking price, FWIW.
