Took a flyer on this raw Lincoln Proof. I have no idea if it PCGS will grade it, I will find out in a few weeks. This is a low mintage issue with only 9,320 coins produced.
I just LOVE your 1936-1942 fireball Lincoln proofs, robec!!! you have some of the best examples out there. certainly your collection what I aspire to.
1913-C Canadian Sovereign MS63 PCGS Mintage of only 3,717 pieces, probably only 25-30 survive today. Second in rarity only to the legendary 1916-C. If this were a U.S. coin it would bring $50,000.
I've been getting a lot of Canadian coins lately. Good deals can be had on some really nice coins! :thumb:
I am extremely excited to add this one to my collection. The pictures below are from the seller (used with permission), but I should get it in hand sometime early next week. It is graded MS65 RB by NGC.
Here's the 1928 Peace that I just bought! These are the sellers pictures, I told him I'm waiting to pay for it until I get back from vacation so it doesn't get lost/taken in the mail just sitting in the mailbox.
Just got this at coin club, interested in seeing what somebody would pay for this: Note, the silver morgan is not silver, it is a plated brass counterfeit. I just used it as size representation
That's what I would like to know. Any room for a High school kid in those money-making-to-fuel-my-collection-schemes? Or is it just having a nice job?
Hey, if we're gonna start making offers to unqualified/underqualified individuals around here, I'm available for the minor sum of $50k/year.
