I received this coin from a relative but do not know anything about it. I have been searching all over and I can't identify it. Does anyone know what kind of coin this is? Origin?

It looks like some kind of token or play money.

I've also seen pieces with the same design as the second side that were described as weights. Those had the same thing on both sides though.

While I have not seen that particular design before, there are similarities to some gaming counters.

Me 2. since it does not have a date or anything about USA, Liberty, In God We Trust, America etc...
it appears to be some kind of gaming token. I'd say take it to a coin shop and let them have a look. Don't try to clean it, a lot of times that will decrease the value. (if there's any value there to begin with)
