If silver were magnetic i would say your a magnet. As it stands, I don't know how to explain how you do the things you do.

Very Nice Dime Box w/ a pic

Cashed my part time job paycheck and asked the teller if he had a box of dimes for me to look at. They have been sticking me with lots of solid 2011 box lately. He lets me take a look and I see a couple dirty faces showing so I purchase the box.
2nd roll - 1952 Roosie - the real beat looking one
Then it was a little skunky until near the middle/end
I got two more Roosie (for a total of 3 so far) and had 5 rolls left to open
    46th roll - Roosie
    47th roll - Roosie
    50th roll - Roosie
Check out the pick and the stamp on the box
I have not had this nice of a box of dimes in a long time from any bank.

If every dime box was that good, I'd have a heck of a lot more silver lol.

The thing about the dime box that has me thinking is how stacked it was in those last 5 rolls in particular. I like to think positive and maybe the begining of the next box they have there is loaded with more silver dimes. This branch always orders a box for me each week so I'm not sure if it would be asking too much to get another box this week to see if I can score again.
Only if they were all this good, I would be doing alot more that is for sure.

Went on a mini-roadtrip today hitting around 10 banks. First bank had $2 in halves with 1 being a 40%er. Another bank had 4 BWRs. Picked up $17 in Ikes. Otherwise there was nothing. Second crappy roadtrip for me.

On my way home I picked up:

$100 in CWR dimes = skunk
    $100 in BWR dimes = 1 Roosie
    $250 box of dimes = 2 Roosies

Making up for the poor roadtrip was this killer box of halves....seemed like silver in every other roll. Some rolls had 3 silvers in them.

    '45 WL
    '50 and '62d Franklins
    1964 x 3
    1965 x 2
    1966 x 3
    1967 x 16
    1968d x 17
    1969d x 4

Time to ramp up your volume boys and girls.

Busy day tomorrow. Got something like 8-12 boxes to pick up scattered about, need to sign the lease for my apartment, and find a toy store.

Starting the day with a big dump too, $500 in dimes, $500 in nickels, $50 in cents.

Everytime I find something in a roll, I always leave one thing behind for the next guy. Found 5 wheats in a box and threw back a 1944 for someone else. Even though don't find silver and can't aford anything but nickels and pennies I try to drop one thing back into the counter.

I started off ordering boxes of halves from my bank but getting only 0 or 1 per box was not worth the effort. I then did about $1,600 from a coin counting machine and got 0 out of it. Now I get only CWRs from the banks. On occasion I will do some BWRs.

    I am located in Ohio.

Dumped $200 in nickels today at my dump bank. The teller was friendly and curious, asking what I looked for in coin boxes and bags. I explained war nickels and silver dimes and quarters to her, and she found it quite interesting. She looked at a few dates on the quarters at her till, so I explained edge searching, how easy and fast it is. She glanced at her edges, and asked "Like this one?" Lol... Sure enough, it was a '64 dime. She sold it to me for $0.10. :p I then went across the street and bought a box of loomis dimes, and a box of brinks dimes. Loomis box had 1 '63 roosevelt, and a few struck through with missing words error dimes. The brinks are plastic wrapped, and there are 0 silver. Should I bother opening and searching them all anyways, and maybe find another error or 2, or just turn them in rolled still tomorrow? Opinions, please? I'm leaning towards the lazier option... Lol.
