Honestly, I think your just mistaken the design to look like its been doubled.

 

All I see is MDD.

minor strike/machine doubling

 

MDD is Machine Damage Doubling. You can see it on the profile and ear in the photos.

"machine doubling" is sometimes called "strike doubling" and occurs during the striking process. It's believed the coin "jiggles" inside the collar while it is being struck and creates what looks like a flat doubling. Here's a great example of a 1962 proof quarter with MD. When ever you see metal on both sides of a letter you can be sure it's machine doubling since real doubling would be consistent with all the letters and would appear only on one side, not both.

 

All the DDO chin I have seen were1967 SMS in sealed or Kennedy half dollar MS Philly roll white blue the mint rolls.not calculated this looks like one of FS-401 up to FS-801.DDO Chin and neck.
Goe maybe be by own VDB coins he know all the die varieties of Kennedy 1964-70PD&S Pro.
