nice score, especially on the 70D, I still haven't found one in 50 boxes and counting.

also nice pull lillyboots! what condition was the IHC in? jeeze, 1872, thats crazy old

Picked up 2 boxes of halves and a box of nickels. Went through the first box of halves, pulled 11 40%. Its funny because people were just talking about edge checking and whether you find all the silver, and in my previous 50 boxes I would have only missed 1 out of 260, (would have, but I date check also), and in this box there were 2 that I absolutely would have tossed back in.

Closed out the trip by picking up a bunch of dumps, cashed 'em back in. Got three boxes of dimes, 1, 2, and 3 silver roosies in each, respectively. Got some nickels to go through this weekend since I'm working.

I've had my best luck in populated areas... those banks out in the middle of nowhere have just never produced for me and they're too few and far between. I plan to go into Philly sometime soon and spend the day hitting up banks, we'll see how that goes.

Went through my second box of halves, 7 40%, so two solid boxes in a row. It is still weird, I continue to find rolls and rolls of BU 1985 and 1986, someone had to have dumped $100s of these dates???

10 rolls cents gave me my oldest circulation wheat find to date: 1916. Also a 1949, AU 1968D & AU 1960D, '74S & '69S and a cent that must have been wealky struck, as it reads "God We Trust" unless it's tilted juuuust right. Then you see the "In" + several Canadians including one 2002 commemorative cent :)

Did a box of dimes and every roll was a roll of uncirculated 2001 d's!

    30 BWR quarters = skunk
    10 CWR quarters = skunk

2011? or 2001? If they were all 2001's, I'd grab, say, 5 rolls and put 'em aside.

Did $250 in dimes ($100 bank-wrapped and $150 customer rolls) and found three silver Roosevelts: '52-S, '59, and '62, along with four Canadians and a Bermudan 10 cent coin.

Returned the box of 2010 nickels still wrapped... not worth the time to bother with 'em IMO. Got a bag of nickels instead. Finished about half so far - 1x 1937 buffalo, an interesting looking machine damaged no-date I kept out of simple interest, and a VERY interesting struck through with no nose at all, but the rest of the obverse is quite clear. Will let y'all know the results of the 2nd half when I finish. This makes $500 in nickels, and still never seen a war nickel.... Would be nice to find ONE...

By the way - getting $1000 in halfs (halves?) Thursday. Before I get them, I should probably ask - what am I looking for, other than silver edges? Lol... Do 40% coins still have solid silver edges, or do they look clad? I don't wanna miss something good through simple ignorance ;) Any particular clad dates worth watching for? Sorry, but I have never dealt with half dollars before. Advice greatly appreciated :)

For halves I would still check dates, 90% are easy to tell but some 40% are hard to tell. Wouldn't want to pass those by.
