Enlighten me Ken, do you really have to specify everything you want them to look for ? Do they charge by the questions ?

Well MrMojoerisin, I suppose that if very few people have this rotation feature, there's not much one can say. I would be most interested in a thread that asked how many people actually have this condition.

Dave, here's a link to my thread. I asked anyone else to let the thread know if they have a rotation. Also, I just sent a freedom of information request to the Mint, asking them how many were produced with this error. I'm guessing I won't hear back for a month or so. I'll let everyone know when I know.

I'm pretty sure you have to enlighten them about the rotation so they can add it to the label. Otherwise they will not note it.

If you enlignten them about rotation does it cost more than normal slab information ? What about First-strike or toned coins are these all extra costs ?

Yep, if you want the error listed it has to be submitted under the mint error tier. For PCGS the mint error service is $50 (that includes grading and the error designation), the regular tier is $30. There may be a required minimum rotation, but I could be wrong. http://www.pcgs.com/gradinglist.html
No extra charge for toning, but the first strike designation is an extra $18 per coin.
