You might try contacting " Treashunt ". He is a Red Book collector and may be your best bet for this information.
I could give you blue book 2006 for the chain cent if that would help? It would have to wait til I get home however lol

I borrowed some Red Books many months ago and entered the data. Reviewing the data, I might have made a couple of entry errors (understandable considering each year's data encompasses nearly 900 entries) as three data points look very different from prior/subsequent years. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the 1991 or 2005 Red Books any more.
Just remember that 30 years ago is five years before the "standardized" grading of PCGS and NGC. So grades of coins during those first five years many not make those grades in later years

Frank/Treashunt, Thanks for the info. The numbers you gave me were the same ones I had entered in last year. The reason I wanted to check these numbers is that the 2005 chain cent MS-63 values were quite a bit lower than the preceeding and following years 2004: $131,250 2005: $95,000 2006: $150,000 Likewise, for the Classic Head Half Cent in MS-65 1990: $2,000 1991: $3,500 1992: $2,000 and for the Braided Hair Half Cent in MS-65 1990: $2,000 1991: $3,500 1992: $2,000 None of the other grades showed the drop (Chain cent) or spike (half cents) that these three data sets showed. A misprint might be possible, or that sales of examples in these respective grades (the highest listed in the Red Book for those years) really were anomalies.

I'm glad you got the help you needed. Your post sent me on a treasure hunt because I was sure I had the 1991 Redbook. I looked all over and couldn't find it until a few minutes ago when I noticed I had been using it and my 2000 redbook to elevate my computer monitor.
I'm pretty sure that pdf of the Official 2010 Red Book is copyrighted material, not meant for redistribution or copy. It's likely a violation of their copyright to just freely give away. I would not suggest giving it out unless you have Whitman's permission to do so. All the search results I find for these PDF's are from warez file sharing sites. Most of their books have this after the copyright information:
