Yes, if I die, I am "willing" the "Blue Ice" coin back to Robec. Those two are a cool matched pair and belong together. The "Fire" coin that Robec now owns actually looks better in hand than the TrueView photo (if you can believe it). Below is a photo I snapped of it with my iPhone last Summer. I am glad Robec now owns this as he fell in love with it when he first saw it back in July (on a CT post I made). This coin just lights up. In any case, I am pleased as punch with the Blue guy -- No losers in this trade!

Those 1909 and 1908 Morgans are beautiful, but I thought they stopped minting them in 1904 and then again in 1921. These must be some "fun" dollars that you have acquired. I like them. They are very attractive!

I just picked up a 1928 13 star in VF at the Santa Clara show but I really like your 12 star variety. Very nice piece.

Another nice pickup from a nice lady on the PCGS forum. Lots of mint Red remaining on this Gem despite the Brown designation, and no carbon! With CAC "green bean" too.

I just got one of those. Not as pretty as yours but a good find at a good price for me. 1864 2 Cent.jpg

Just a note that the cost of your coin was not $17.00. If the seller charged $6.00 to ship it to you It's true cost is $23.00. Simply saying watch the hidden charges as they can mount up. BTW still not that bad of a deal.

you know I was thinking about that the other day when I got my first set of coins thru Teletrade. I won three coins at $9.00 each and than they tacked on the $8.00 buyers fee per coin. All in all it was still a good buy but the deception of thinking hey I got these coins for $9.00 each faded away rather quickly lol.

An impulse buy on eBay I saw browsing and it only had like 30 seconds left. I'll get better pictures, this is from the auction but after receiving it, looks like MS quality for sure (seller claims it came from an uncirculated roll), so I think I did good nabbing it at just $3.60 total.
