    Yep.
    Close but no cigar, with that $5, as far as it being a radar.

    I like the '09 $10, but unfortunately it looks as though somebody has written on it....and yes, it is a trinary.

    I haven't seen '09 $10's from many districts around my neck of the woods. Just New York, Boston, and Chicago. Yours is the first Richmond, I've seen.

    I'd keep the $10 but spend the $5. Same here, I have seen JB, JG, and JL $10's but this is the first JE I've seen.

    No worries... It's all just a matter of when they get circulated or not. Of course, a IE $10 is common all throughout this nation. That is becase they have had time to travel and get circulated. The 2009 $10's are still brand new and are still slowly being released and spent and circulated. Just give it some time and you will see all 2009 of everything soon just as you do 2006.
