Not sure what you mean by "got an offer". Do you mean that this is your coin and you received an offer of $33 or do you mean that you are interesting in buying this coin and you made an offer of $33 for it?

 

I assume the OP put in an offer for $33. i would have started at $20 and haggled a little. But to answer your question, I would go up to $30.

 

I would of offered $25. If your going to best offer try going a bit lower as if it's too low they will counter offer
