I have given you two images of the obverse due to the coin's toning being so dark. It is very attractive and alluring in hand.

I have provided three images of the reverse of my 1889 Morgan Dollar. I guess they turned out differently due to the different lighting I used. I am still trying to get decent photographs with my digital camera. These pretty much suck, but the toning on the reverse of this 1889 is awesome.

The obverse of this 1958 proof Lincoln cent has some wild colors, but the reverse looks like it just woke up with a hangover.

Hey Lance, if you don't mind me asking, what is the grade on that Morgan???

    She's a beauty!!!

Sorry, coinsnake...I didn't notice this question until just now. PCGS graded her MS64.

For common dates, I like to find something special! This particular 1920 has a thumbnail size area of magenta along the bottom right, which I like, but it is just the right amount (beginning stages) of die erosion or micro grooving that gives this coin abnormally strong mint luster! It is a fun coin for my set and the only Lincoln I own with a star designation. NGC describes it as a MS 66* RB. I think it is a keeper.

Did some re-imaging and finally figured out how to better capture the color on a few copper pieces. Not high grades or anything, but certainly pretty. I am more excited about actually capturing what they really look like in hand.

This coin has a light splash of pastel green that still lets a fair amount of red to pop through. This date stumped me pretty good in 65 and I found this toned one graded 65 RB walking the bourse at FUN 2011. I let it lay for a day as I thought about it's price and surfaces. I'm glad I pulled the trigger, as I seem to appreciate it more each time I look at it. I'm looking forward to attending this year if it all works out, we'll see.

Had to tilt this one quite a bit and shoot it freehand under my desk light to capture the color... but it's a pretty one!!!!

Nice colors on that one.. I've got a Morgan that has nice color but only in certain positions and would be hard to shoot as well.......
