post your "pretty" coins!

    Most all of these Buffs are a product of "Album Toning" many of my Buffs are out of old coin albums such as "Wayte Ramond" coin albums and others. The Wayte Raymond coin albums are well known for producing beautiful colors on all coins and I seek them out. Thanks you for your nice comments on my Buffs and my imaging, it is very much appreciatede.......Coin Dexter

    coin dexter = King of the Buffalos. I didn't know keyboards were capable of holding such mass quanties of saliva. The white buffalo is gorgeous!

    Thanks. I have a few of these proofs, but this one is as flawless as far as I can tell. It is the best of the ones I have, anyway.
    But I sent in a really nice dime a while back and it came in at a 69. For the life of me, I could not tell why. lol

    I find it ironic that Germany would mint this commemorative about a victory over (Napoleonic) France (depicted as the snake), then the next year would be involved in yet another war against France. That was one reason why I bought my own example of that coin:

    Coin Dexter, I suppose this is a quarter. Is it a real U.S. coin ? What is the G on the Obv. ? Who does the image represent ?
