Finished another cent box, not a lot. 2002 2C Erie Euro, 76 Canadian 1c, 23 Wheat g-vg was the earliest. Noticeably fewer coppers. I do believe the Shield cents are diluting the pool a lot. lol

Maybe I can find a junked coin operated slot here in Vegas and pull the Ryedale out of it ?

Went to the "oh sorry we only ordered 1 box" bank and lo and behold, she had TWO boxes for me. 17 40%ers (with a really nicely pink toned 67) and 2 64s. Not too shabby!

 

Only thing of note lately is a lady paid with some Ikes tonight and one of them was a '77-S. First proof Ike I've gotten in circulation and only one in my collection at the moment.

 

sweet VACookey, it seems even your non-monster boxes are yielding well these days. gives me hope for the boxes I ordered coming in next Friday. (we must be on the same distribution route after those last boxes)
went through a box of nickels. Only 19 pre-'60, 2 canadian, 1 war nickel.

 

I think whatever batch of coins those monster boxes came from, it's now dried up some. I have 6 boxes coming next week so we'll see. I wouldn't be surprised if things slow back down to a normal pace.

But it sure was fun while it lasted!

One box of dimes ($250) I pulled two pre-64 ,got a war nickel back in change from the grocery store and picked up a 1953b $2 star note at the bank today.

 

Boxes are hot right now...

Been getting rolls of dimes, quarters and half's(have to order the half's) from the bank and not having much ,if any success. Bought $5.00 worth of cent rolls yesterday and I find a 1909 VDB ,1918 and 11 other wheats ! Best 10 rolls I have ever searched.

 

70s, 72s, 37d in same cent roll...

 

Boxes in the Upper Midwest are slower than slow for Halves. The last three weeks I am averaging an 80% Skunk rate on Halves. It sounds like the East Coast is hot though.

I just finished 8 boxes of Halves yesterday and 7 were skunks. I also was skunked on a box of dimes. This morning I picked up a $500.00 dime bag straight from the machine and got my first skunk from a bag of $500.00 or more. Finally, I asked the lady how much was in the machine for halves and she said $78.50. I pulled 2-64's and 15-40% straight from the coin machine.

I think I am getting Twin Cities boxes that have no code numbers on them. They suck pure and simple.

It has to be better than the Fed Distrcit just North of you(Chicago-2nd worst to Arizona's). If you ever get about 100 miles farther west, you enter the K.C. Fed District which should be one of the best ones. Good Luck and HH.

 

Picked up 4 boxes today. Had high hopes with all the luck everyone else been having. Only came up with one lone 40%er :/ oh well better luck next time perhaps.

Also 3 of the rolls where already searched someone marked them and there was nothing good at all.
Kinda sucked =/

Also found a 1920 on the ground =)
