How do you block a seller on Ebay?

There's a seller that spams ebay with horrid looking auctions. You probably have noticed them, he puts stickers all over the coin holder such as "free shipping" "only costs 3 pizzas!"... It annoys the living **** out of me and the sooner I can have his auctions omitted the better.

I would also like to know how to do this. If I searched for 'toned', it brings back all of the horrid AT coins from a small group of sellers. So annoying.

On the left side after you have the results you have chosen, ie: Seated Dollars, Franklin Halves, ect choose "Show Only", then scroll to the bottom and select "Advanced Search", then scroll down to "Sellers",select " Only show items from:", then select "Exclude" and put in the sellers name and then at the bottom select search.

Not only are the stickers annoying and that I would not want them on a slab, they also distract from the coin. The coins are also horrible overpriced.
