It is hardly unique. These notes were sold by the BEP in sheets. Heritage Archives show sales of many different sheets of 16 for the same series going in the $200.00-300.00 range. They also have eight subject sheets in the mid $100.00 range. There was a sale in 2008 of a four subject sheet for $92.00 and sales in 2005 in the $60.00 range.
