I was hoping there is someone on here who can give me a general idea of when these $5 FRN's were printed. They are both L12 SF one is 1950B and the other is 1950D. Also maybe the value? I estimate that there were printed anywhere before 1957 based on the abscence of the United State Motto "In God We Trust".

You can lookup when the signers were in office at this address: http://www.uspapermoney.info/sign/ Exact printing dates aren't available but obviously a note wasn't printed before a signer took office. The 1950B was printed around 1960 give or take and the 1950D was printed circa 1964 give or take a year or two. Those are nice finds btw, the oldest five I've ever found is from 1977.
