What did I come across?

    I'm sure someone here knows what these coins are by looking at them. I, for one, am stumped...

    They look like hammered coins but you'll need to post better pics to get them identified. Where did you "come across" them?

    I had a coffee can half filled with wheat pennies. I decided to dump them out and attempt to count them. As I poured it out a small manilla folder at the bottom had these inside it.

    Instead of tying to get better pictures, I scanned the coins. Here's front and back of them:

    They look like hammered silvers to me too. The fleur de lis hints at France, while some of the others appear Spanish and German.

    Any idea how these would have been mixed into a coffee can of wheat cents? I'd be happy to buy wheat cents with a bonus like that!

    Mostly Medieval Germany.

    The Bractates(uniface coins) are mostly German, maybe some Austrian.
    Three modern German states.
    The two fleur de lis coins are from Strasbourg, the smaller 14-16th century, larger 16th century.

    All but a couple look identifiable, assuming they're real I'd guess $600-$1000 or more.
