Isn't this one of the many remakes of the Washington Masonic medal. Looks very crude compared to one's I have seen images of before.

The main reason that nobody has given an estimate on the value of this item is because it's obscure -- likely nobody knows. Probably the only way to find a reasonable value is to check an auction site for what an identical item has sold for.

It does appear to be a Masonic medal of some sort, and there are collectors who like such things. I have no idea whether it's common or not.

 

Take it to pawn stars.

 

What that looks like is a lodge specific token made for their 75th year as a Masonic Lodge. The name Joppa is the name of the lodge ad 29 is the lodge number. However, that name and number do not come up in any search I've done on the lodges.

 

WOW First id like to say what a beauty!! From what i gathered up from the internet it stores food or other substances at a low temperature. Now for pricing... I have seen these sell for around $700 at Target and as high as $1300 at Best Buys! I used to have one of those but it was siezed in a police drug raid so im saving up to buy one that looks just like yours in the pic. If you wanna trade id be more than willing to seeing as how my whole house smells of rotten milk

 

You know, it's one thing to try to add a little humor in life to make someone smile, but it's another thing to be downright nasty just because you don't have the slightest idea what it is or what it's worth.

About the only thing you are accomplishing is making some of these new members and collectors feel embarrassed so they won't return. Do you think this is your own private snob club?

First of all I agree with Mr Ball that was uncalled for.
But back to the original discussion, you should check auction sites (eBay, heritage) for sales of that item, also visit your local mason branch and see what they'll pay for it. If you want to add some dollar, though I don't recommend it, you could say it belonged to Franklin's great great grandson. Good luck.
