Any ideas on what coin this is?

I have had the coin for as long as I can remember, but I am unaware of where I got it from. It appears to be quite old, and to be of copper material. I know its foreign but I have no idea where to start.
These were taken with my webcam so the quality isnt that great, but I was hoping someone could at least point me in the right direction. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Why in the dark? Are coins illegal to own in your country?

    Any ideas?

And if its not real does it hold any value at all? Or is it just a junk coin? Thanks.

It's not real. A genuine coin would be silver, with different legends.
Maybe a couple of bucks on ebay.
