1992 LMC error or PMD???

    I found this in a roll and was wanting to get some opinions. Im leaning toward PMD but what do you think? Thanks

    I think is not Post Mint Damaged but WELL CIRCULATED or weakened die. Just my opinion..Not anexpert either..I do mine is also circulated here's the pic of 1992 LMC..Doubling or Doubled Die..Don't know because I am not expert either..

    Thanks, I was not sure what was going on with it. So the die that stamped this coin was covered with grease when it struck the coin causing the areas where the grease was to be very weak or not there at all?

    Definately a grease filled die, some people collect these (I do). They are more desirable when design elements are completely missing. This one is not very exciting.

    Does that make me a +4 or a +5 for the grade filled die? Lol "Why of why is it always a grease filed die?" If I had a Buffalo nickel for every one of them, my collection would be complete ha ha... Seriously there are some interesting ones out there like BadThad talks about. I found a wheatie I need to dig out and that has absolutely no trace of "In God" but "We Trust" is there. Not sure if that was a worn out die or grease filled till I get another look but leaning toward grease filled if I can trust my memory...
