Can you ID this coin?

Hi all, I recently purchased 6lbs of world coins on Ebay. I was pleasantly suprised I must say. There are quite a few early coins and even a few small silver coins from South America. The lot wasn't heavy with Canada or Mexico which is normally the case. I will be getting more in a couple of weeks. This is one I have no idea what it is, any ideas?

1 poltura, issued under Joseph I, Holy Roman emperor. Issued in Transylvania, I think from the coat of arms.

I would assume to get coins like that you paid more than the average bulk world coin rate. If not, I'd be curious who you bought them from.
