    What would be the grade and value, should I get it graded?

    No photo = No grade

    Your coin would need to grade AT LEAST MS-64 to warrant the grading fees.

    Looks Cleaned, altered, and porous, but that might just be my head at 90 degrees

    The only think I can tell from the pictures is it looks AU. The glare off the coin and the dark color can make it look worse than it is. I also when I expanded the obverse it looked like a little green spot of verdigris on the lips.

    the verdigris thing is the shade with the magnifying glass its not there:)

    The reason I say this, I have a indian head someone gave me that looks the same, and I always thought it had those problems. Altered as in the color of the coin doesn't look good to me. For an AU coin I think it should be lighter brown

    Whatever you do, don't have it graded unless you want to protect a sentimental coin
