ok morgan lovers top this !!! no date mm and only parts of some letters are visible...sorry for the bad pics (they are via cellphone)...this coin was from my grandpa and even though only worth silver, Im never going to sell it

This is one of my favorite coins-- an 1851-O silver 3-cent piece. This coin has the distinction of being the only branch-mint coin minted in the 1800s that had a face value of less than 5 cents, and there were only 720,000 minted. So it's a unique piece of 19th century US numismatics.

1877-S Seated Half but stained as I found this one metal detecting in a old tobacco snuff metal can in the ground about 1-1 1/2 feet below ground
may have Re-punched dated & mint mark
