Can you please try to type half decently and spell well? Most broswers have a spell check built in. And yes, grease was left on the die after a polishing or lubrication process, and it created that effect.

Wow....what just happened?? You posted, then asked for help 20 minutes later, and then within 19 minutes someone replied and you blow up on them and tell everyone you don't care what they think!!!! Not cool in my book. FYI, Merc is always very helpful and knows his stuff, show some respect please.

Mini milestone -

At work here going through a box of dimes and out of the 13th roll I got my 50th silver dime from circulation! First roll complete and hopefully many more to come. Took about 2+ months

Congrats on the first roll... that's usually the toughest. I'm nearing in on my first roll of duplicate Merc dimes (Ones not in my set) with I think, 46 right now.

 

That is an amazing number of Mercs pulled from circulation. This box is continuing to produce for me so it has made my night.

I'll be going back to dimes tomorrow, hopefully not 2011s, haha.

 

2011's are still around, I got a box on Saturday, I walked next door and traded them for Quarters, I'll do them later.

 

Live update, just pulled my first Merc! So stoked, it was in a roll with another silver to top it off. Totally made my night

Nice HOTN - Congrats. We are pretty close on dimes...I grabbed 2 more today out of 2 boxes. So, I got 67 Rosies and 3 Mercs. So - it's 70 for me. Well 71 counting the Canadian. Keep it up!
