It is a nice story. It is great that under French law they get to keep them (an probably be taxed I would think).

If the coins are worth US$ 140,000, then they should be handled carefully and placed in individual holders. Seeing them in a pile in some man's hands is a little scary. :smile

 

Oh man, I just assumed that was a stock image. Would they really hold them liek that? ugh.
