1990D dime with reverse indent in obverse and reverse.

    hi coin talk folks. you were such a great help for me on my 1st post, that i just had to show another coin i found. you can see that this dime was obviously between 2 other dimes. there is a torch across roosevelt's face and one across the torch on the reverse side. could this happen during the minting process? 1990D error dime.jpg

    Not likely. Most likely it is a squeeze job.

    Yes most likely this is damage, but there is a possibility of it being a strike through, right?? We would need btteer pictures though.
