I know little about this coin and would love any help finding out more information especially on the value of the coin. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Actually didn't really think about it just quickly snapped the shots but thank you hope someone can help me with some knowledge of this coin. It is a neat piece nonetheless.

Yes, both images are upside-down. The obverse (image "side b") reads shun zhi tong bao which is found on coins cast during the reign of Emperor Shi Zu (1644-1661) of the Qing Dynasty. The reverse (image "side a") indicates that the denomination is "Value 50" and that the coin was cast at a mint in Jiangsu. However, no "Value 50" coins were cast during the reign of Emperor Shi Zu which means, unfortunately, that this is just a "fantasy" coin with no real worth other than being a novelty. The reverse side is actually from a coin cast during the "Xian Feng" reign of Emperor Wen Zong (1851-1861). Gary
Gary, I knew I could count on you. I thought it appeared a charm but wanted to let you give the answer since you are more knowledgable on these than I.
