The asterisk you are referring to is a star.

Star notes are fun to collect but just because you have one doesnt mean you
Hit a home run! I have many $1 57 Blue seal stars in C.U that are only worth
$17-$24 that,s not much of a premium! for what they are!

I think my cleveland district with serial number D 0 111 9 111 * asterisk is better than what he is selling for over 3K.

    HOMERUN?

Exactly. I just looked online like last weekend and saw that fancy serial numbers and stars can sometimes go for a CRAZY amount of money. And I paid face value! So I got to thinking...I could use just a couple extra dollars. The thought never crossed my mind.

Did you see what he is selling a Cleveland district uncut of 4 with a little stain on top with a common serial number.. his Price is 3.7 K. I think mine is better than his. So it is an HOMERUN... What a day..

He just sold 7 for a month. Anyhow it's look his price too high. Well, I think he his selling only his item to those people who can afford it. I do not have problem on that buying expensive item IF a I HAVE A LOT of MONEY.. :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

All of his items are "Buy it Now" or "Best Offer"......that's how he sells 7 for a month. I'll guarantee ya that nothing he has sells for FULL POP.....the prices are simply ridiculous.

I just don't know how to price something like this though with all the price variances. I'm thinking of taking some pieces to the World's Fair of Money in Chicago next month.
