A nice presentation as usual Eugene. I know our Icelandic collectors will weigh in with their comments and the value of your coins. Personally I like the 1970 Republic of Iceland 1 Krona best. The nickle-brass planchet is very attractive. Could you explain to me the meaning of "reform coinage?" Thanks.

Since 1981 they're use a new coins (it was the monetary reform of 1981).

You have a lovely overview of coins from Iceland. And I applaude your collection and effords.

The collection is combined of common coins that are very easy to find in circulated condition. If we go by catalogs the prices are in the range of 15-20 USD
