I can not tell by the pictures but a quick way to tell is if it is raised from the surface it is a die break. If it down in the surface it is usually post mint damage. The top one looks like a bag mark to me. That is where it was bumped by another coin.
If they are raised, then it is the result of a die scratch and not a die break. However, at least that top mark absolutely does not look raised. I cannot tell for the lower mark.

Well, they will be raised on one side. Bag marks (especially heavy ones) will indent the coin some, then raise the other side. It's metal displacement. So if they are a valley with a hill (not technical term, i know), that's PMD.
