TPG grade: VF 20 I think many/most of you are undergrading this coin because of the obverse weak strike, not atypical for this issue.
I know the legend is typically weakly struck, but is the head and rims? That is what I was seeing as the wear. On 32's I ignore the legends.
I think you have enough different opinions Now you need to get NGC or PCGS to grade it and let us know

My, how grading standards have changed. The ANA grading standards book that I bought in 1977 shows that coin, with half the motto nearly gone and the rim starting to merge with the lettering, as being a Good.
