It is not a big anything. It is a LOT less noticeable in hand. I have twisted and turned everything to every angle. One way it looks raised and another it looks like a nick. Just a stab, but maybe a small lamination?
Toughie. Going to have to think about this one. My first reaction was 65, but don't think it's graded that low and I doubt RLM would buy a 65.
For a 1946-, that is a clean well struck coin. It has great luster, but it is not quite what the 1945- has. As for the nicks, it is a bit cleaner than the 1945. Apparently luster rules. This one only made a 66.
