Picked a roll up from Walgreens back in the summer, all turned out to be DDO #1 . I only keep the early die state one ( ms ) and the rest went back in the wild .

There are quite a few different DDO's for the 71's I have a few, I think even a proof, I know I have sold a few examples.
Rick...here attached is a photo of the marker for the 71D DDO-001, vertical die gouge under A of STATES. I don't think your half dollar would be the 71D DDO-001, compare the doubling on your half with the attached photos of IN GOD and TRUST, from the 71D DDO-001 in my collection.

Rick...I don't think your half dollar would be the 71D DDO-012/DDR-006. The DDO-012 is an ODV-003 (strong R), and your photo of the R in LIBERTY is the ODV-002 (weak R). There are only 4 ODV-002's in the CONECA Listings, DDO-001, DDO-005, DDO-009, and DDO-016. I don't see any of your photos matching any of them. I think what you are showing on your reverse photos might be MDD.
Those first two sets of threads were shot with my widescreen stretches everything out I'll get out my other computer takes much better images let's get a look and see what's going on
