Found this nasty thing today, while searching through $2's. Ick. How this did not make it into the "to be mutilated" pile, is beyond me. Any idea's on how a note gets this nasty, especially a $2?! What, did somebody bury it,or something.... Well, since I'm going out to lunch today, maybe I'll leave it as a tip for a lucky member of the waitstaff.
Maybe it had several run In's with a washing machine! I fixed for you... I believe you might actually have something worth less than face value? Actually you should see my $2 Battleship note! Not to far off from that note, and it set me back almost 2 hundred! Have you thought about slabing that sucker and shooting for a nice low ball?
I did, actually, but decided not to bother. If it were an older series, or if there were something special about it, maybe....but it's a large run, common $2 note.
I agree with Noobismatist, washing machine note. Hey I heard of laundering money Noob, but that's not the way you do it. Bruce
