One other thing. The 1883 P Liberty Nickel that comes up is labeled as a 1883 P Shield Nickel. Absolutely love the 1868 Shield Nickel's Obverse. Amazing.
The display, let alone the coins, are nothing short of impressive. Not to take away from your 7070 grboke, but those toned Roosie's are absolutely stunning.
I couldn't agree more. That's why I asked flyer to use them for a demo. What's more amazing is the grades he is getting on them. http://www.cointalk.com/t174107/
Added a slideshow feature. Let me know if anyone has any other ideas. http://www.thecoinnection.com/beta1/demoShelf.html
Much better, and I really like the sideshow format that's available. However, I know I'm being piggish, but for me, I like the pics to fill the entire screen...so I can truly admire every intricate detail of the coin, where I can study and enjoy the entire surface. But if enlarging the images more than what they are now is a constraint with the website you're using; what you have is still nice. -LTB
I thought is was awesome, just awesome! Is your program ready to go now or are you still working out the bugs?
LTB, check this out. This is another way to view the coins..."album view". This view includes a zoom feature that should feed your detail hunger. http://www.thecoinnection.com/cnalbum/cnalbum.html
You have a really nice 7070 display! I noticed that the photos (prior to zooming) have the title printed right over the date in the coin. When my eyes would go to the date, I would see the photo title. My 7070 only has one place for the bronze Indian cent and your collection shows two copper-colored coins dated 1893 & 1903. The titles don't indicate that they are different types. Also, my 7070 only has one spot for a silver Roosevelt dime & your collection shows both a 1956 & 1962.
Hmm, you must be using a pretty low screen resolution? Mind if I ask what it is? Yes you are correct about the dimes and bronze cents, I will remove the proper ones. thank you!
I had the window down-sized so that it didn't take-up my entire screen. When down-sized, the title covers the bottom of the photo (& covers the coin's date). When I maximize the window, it displays properly.
