What causes the bulls eye toning?

For the most part, it's the holder it was stored in. Those are really nice.

 

Here is a small bronze plaque I picked up several years ago.

 

Full red and plenty of remaining lustre!

Now that's a cool Lincoln.

 

You could hang the keys to that Lincoln on this and maybe insure it with the second image.
