Hey guys anyone know what the value is on something like this. The name on this short snorter is chuck who is my grandfather I really think its one of the coolest things he left me. Its even a star note. I dont know muh about paper money but i assume its worth less due to the writing. Anyone have any info?

thanks for the info ill pm him. I know my grandfather was a bomber in italy. I read his diary which was also left to me. The two pieces put the story together very well.
