The Coin Show Gets A Mention In This Months (June '11) Numismatist

I'd just like to offer a note of congratulations to Mike (Mikenoodle) Matt (Lost Dutchman) and Carlton (Wiggam007) for getting a mention in this months Numismatist. I'm happy to see that their hard work is being recognized. For you folks who get the publication, the article can be read on page 27 and appears in "Collector Tech".

Did Carlton get outstanding mention in the article? (Sorry, I just like Carlton for occasional comedic value in the show!) In all seriousness, congrats guys for getting recognized for the gem that you guys created.

 

Carlton (your door man) did not recieve any extra recognition....

"The Coin Show" (www.coinshowradio.com) is hosted by Mike, Matt, and Carlton. It's aired about twice/month and each podcast is around 35-60 minutes/hour, according to the article.

If you look on every page of CoinTalk there is a player that says The Coin Show on it. If you click on that box, you can listen to the show while you browse this site.

I agree that Carlton is undervalued, but if we gave him his due, Matt and I would never get any credit!

Don't forget we always welcome your suggestions, and we currently have a couple of contests running. (Listen to the show for details.) We just finished recording show #21 this afternoon. It will launch on Friday. Send us your ideas, comments and criticisms.

Thanks for all the support guys. Without you guys we probably would have given up by now, but thanks to you we are just getting started with our second year of doing the show.

While I appreciate all the love, it is Mike and Matt are the real talkers on the show. I would have run out of things to say if I had to cover for all the time that they talk on the show and it wouldn't have sounded half as good
