Person A mails a check, Person B sends the items. That's about the only other way I can think of, and would require some trust. Maybe do it in a few different lower value transactions. Or meet in person. Or, do it through paypal securely.

No security either. Postal money order, that way if one party doesn't fulfill their obligation, you can press charges of mail fraud.

    Super Killer Box of Dimes!!

I typically search BWR & CWR's of dimes in lots of $50 or a $100 at a time, but my BoA had a box to sell to me and it churned out 12 SILVER Roosie's.:hail: String & Son
They are in decent shape, nothing super nice, but silver is silver.

Happy to report the streak is broken! Just got my box plus and extra $100 in halves from my other 2 boxes. I brought $50 into work to check really quickly and found my first 2 Kenders! Out of the $50 I found 5 40%'s! Off to a good start.

Can't wait to see what the box and the other $50 bring. Might have to sneak a peak on the other $50!

    Ok - couldn't wait. Checked the other $50. 2 more 40%'ers and 1 90%er.

    Total for first 100: 7 - 40%ers and 1 90%ers!

Can't wait to rip open the box I have in the car!!!

    That's a nice box.
    ....
Nice box so far, dude. Was yours fed wrapped or brinks? Fed box I opened today had 3 40%ers, 1 1964, and 7 proofs, 5 of which were '74, and 2 were '73. Not bad, kind of a peculiar box.

Wow. That is the best box of dimes that I can remember on this thread (some bags have been better).

    CONGRATS!!!!!

Merc - it's the same boxes I've gotten. This is #5 total from the bank. The wrappers are white with yellow writing...

It says String & Sons, Harrisburg, PA. So you can get what I was talking about in my PM.

I have to assume this is Fed?

Thing is I went thru 8 rolls with nothing and then found 1, the next roll had 2. At that point I was happy. Then it was every 4th roll or something like that had a single silver in them. Sweet!

I was not under the impression that Strings & Son Boxes come from the Fed. Correct me if I'm wrong. My BoA give me Strings Boxes and they got dropped off by an Armored Truck type service. I checked the String website, it looks like they provide services far beyond rolled coins.

Although my skunk streak for Halves boxes is 6, I hit an awesome bag of pennies. There were (124) Wheats in the bag. This is the best bag I ever had in terms of the amount of wheat pennies(I did have a box that was better-154). That says something since I go through between $500.00 and $1000.00 worth of pennies per week.

I picked up one box of halves today and had another skunk. I usually get 3 on Fri/Sat, but am stopping with this one. Not much out there right now....
