It's probably a 1919s, defiantly not an 09 S VDB

From what I can see it's no V.D.B, sorry.

 

I think I can see what he is talking about. It is faint enough that I cannot tell for sure nor authenticate it. However, I vaguely remember hear that one of the S VDB dies was used for the non VDB mintage by plugging the VDB.
