Sorry I can't be exact on years and mints...

But how much would you pay for a 24k Gold Plated Proof Quality Buffalo Nickel?
How much for a circulated Buffalo Nickel?

I understand its hard without years and mints, so just a rough estimate...

I wouldn't pay anything for one because the gold plating destroys the numismatic value of the coin. (The gold in the gold plating does not make the coin valuable because it is only a few cents worth of gold.)

Depending on condition about 25c to 35c for common dates in average circulated condition.

If you ever find one with three legs on the buffalo, just let me know.

I'll pay you a full ten dollars for it!;)

The only thing plated I would buy is a surf n' turf. Don't waste your money on these.

I wouldn't buy a gold plated buffalo nickel, the gold plate made it worth less.

I would pay about 75 cents for common buffalo nickels in average grade.

Buy the gold plated one as a novelty piece and you like it, but don't spend a premium. A few bucks at the most. Nice circulated pieces with readable dates would normally sell for a dollar or two. It's a nice inexpensive set to get started on that won't break the bank. The gold plated one is not a resellable piece.

    five cents, no more.

Although, I'll go up to a dollar for two; they would make nice cufflinks.
