In item specifics, he has it listed as Circulated? LOL, I think that is another mistake, since the case is claiming it to be Mint State?

I can get 1893 or 1895 Proof PR-63-65 for same $$$$
:devil:and it graded this one raw Dipped & who knows what.
but the sad thing some FOOL will buy it :foot-mouth::foot-mouth::foot-mouth::foot-mouth: and try to get graded and it will be in a body-bag!
