    Like I said, these don't include teller finds and CWR's, only boxes...

    Halves;
    $8,565 searched...
    1 Walker
    2 Frankies
    10 1964's
    55 40%ers.

    I've found another $100 or so face in 40%ers so far this year, as well as about a full roll of '64's. Two walking libs and 4 franklins also, all came from CWR and tellers.

    Quarters;
    $1,400 searched, nothing found.

    Dimes;
    $16,930 searched...

    9 Mercs, 85 Roosies.

    Nickels;
    $2,613 searched...

    27 War nickels
    10 Buffs
    1 V-nickel

    Really nice numbers, man. Demolishes mine.
    Thanks... I'm still envious of your half dollar success, you've found way more than I.

    I didnt think I would get another box of halves again but I did so today, and I am glad I did! I think I was at 12 boxes of halves with nothing in it. In it I found 2 1968 and a 1969 and a 1964, its been a few months since my last %90 silver half find. I also found my first 2011 coins, 3 2011-D and 3 2011-P halves. I think ill start looking through boxes of halves again after this one :)

    Wow! Those got dumped into circulation quick. They are NIFC, so someone paid like, 3x face for 'em.

    Only had a chance to search $20 CWR's dimes on my lunch break: skunk
    broke my two day streak of finding silver

    Merc and Inquistive, you both have impressive totals!

    Wayne county. I got rid of the Ikes, though. But if you're in the area, the bank had I think $160ish more. PM me if you want to know where it is.

    2 boxes of halves
    box 1: 1 40%....1988 proof 1976 proof and 1979 proof
    box 2: skunk on silver.... 1976 proof and 1978 proof.

    Really don't know what to do with the proofs, debating on sending them back into circulation.

    First box of pennies.

    So far not too bad. Still have 15 rolls to go.
    *1-"00" WAM ( this is my first WAM)
    *5-wheaties
    *73S, 74S and a 71S

    when I first heard of WAM cents I searched all my jugs of pennies and came up empty handed, so I was pretty pumped when I pulled this one out.

    Made 5 stops on the way home today. About $170 in cwr's and loose halves... 4 40%'s at the last stop.

    What am I, the roll searching version of Radio Shack here? :p

    You've got questions, I've got answers...

    I dump at the same bank, but different branches. I use 4 branches for dumping, all are located within 15 miles, three within 5. I love living in such a densely populated area. I also have 4 branches I can pick up at within those same 5 miles. Branches, not banks... That's TD for ya.

    Boxes of halves... I find very, very few banks actively keep any on hand, boxed or otherwise. Many tellers will hold for me after a year of asking them for halves, lol. Typically, I'll ask them to order me a box and they'll get a box within a week or so.

    Randomly walking in and asking tellers will mostly yield loose, maybe the occasional CWR, but you pretty much have to order H's by the box. Although, I did find a whole, sealed box randomly a few weeks back in another city, but the teller said he searches boxes, so I was wondering if it might have been one of his...?

    I've got accounts at two different banks that I use. I order from various branches and dump at others, like Merc. I am going to try keeping track and cross dump, e.g. pick up at Bank X and dump at Bank Y, and vice versa, alternating between different branches of each bank. :evilGrin:

    I went to the movies and paid with a roll of halves I had in my car, i was surprised to find 3 silver %40'ers in it, missed looking through this one.

    Has anyone ever been turned away from their dump bank?
    Today I was told they couldn't accept my halves because they have to be rerolled before they send back to Dunbar.
    I had been slicing them down the side with a razor and retaping the roll.
    Well I called Dunbar and they said all they do is reroll them and put them through a machine to rewrap them. Now I believe the teller is lying to me.
    Should I report her to the manager? I hope she isn't the manager!
