German 5 marks - are these proofs?

    I am having a real problem determining if any of these are proofs. The 1964 is cameo for sure, but might it be a business strike? I am really hoping it's a proof.
    What do you think?

    Strictly speaking, there are no "proof" pieces from this country anyway. ;) Coins from the Federal Republic of Germany are either called "Normalprägung" or "Spiegelglanz" in German. The former means regular/normal strike, the latter means prooflike. These three are regular but uncirculated coins, I think. By the way, the Fichte coin had a total mintage of 500,000 but only 5,000 proof(like) pieces ...
