I can fiind one exception to the previous post. 1968 S proofs come in 4 varieties including a minority of type B's. There is one dealer pushing the type B's of this date on ebay.
Eugene, the 1986-S PF Statue of Liberty (Nation of Immigrants) had a mintage of 6,925,627. It isn'r rare, but it is still a nice coin. Chris
For some other very scarce coins, there are the 1969 D, 1970 D 1971 D and 1972 D type B reverse quarters.
Great collection Eugene , your Buffalo on a mound was minted only in 1913 not 1912 , just thought I'd let you know . Thanks for sharing your collection . Rusty
Thank you very much, Rusty. I have many of "state's" quarters, but it's an usual coins and I don't show it here. Also, I have a proof-set of the Lincoln's cents, and a proof-set 1971.
I have never heard of a 1964 Type C (that doesn't mean they don't exist, but I have never heard of them), I have seen 1964-D Type C reverse quarters though. I actually have a guess the grade for a 1964-D Type C going on right now.
Ck out the newest Cherrypicker guide it in there on the 1964 Washington quarter page. very few have been found most are 1964-D the pop is less than 20 I think.but there is a few around error king Fred W,has one I think? here were John Wexler explains the die type link below. http://doubleddie.com/286101.html
