its kind of hard to tell but it almost looks like it to me! on the LIBERTY and some of Abe. And I believe the correct term is Doubled Die? Correct me if I'm wrongski.

But I hope you got a good find!! ;]]

I agree, it looks like it might be, esp. in "GOD"... Is there any way you can post some closer (and focused) images? Other areas look machine-like though... so need closer pics.

A little bit bigger pic would help, I can see lines, just can't tell if they are beside or in the devices, look for split ends also. I thought the 95 had a doubled ear? Memory is going. I have C.R.S. (Can't remember what that stands for either)

Bingo! Correct term is Doubled Die.

I would agree with the main consensus of the group here that you have what you think you have.

I would feel better about backing my statement with a better picture of the coin. If there is any chance that you can upload a digital picture of the coin, or bigger scans, that would be fantastic!

That's what I recall also. A close-up pic of the ear should reveal if it's of that variety.

You're correct, but you're also wrong. There is no such word as "wrongski". I've never seen skis made that couldn't be used on either foot, so how could there be a wrongski?

Double ear is also on the 2006. I found it recently confirmed it via coinwebsites being suggested here.

And the 1995 looks like a ddo as I have one also where I confirmed through my books & again coinwebsites suggested by helpful ppl in this forum. Your looks nice!

If all you have access to is the scanner , you could turn the coin 1/4 turn and take a scan and repeat. Since the scanner lights are fixed , this would help "shed some light" on what you think you are seeing.
My guess is that Congratulations are in order !

No need for that. This is a nice example of the middle die stage 1995 DDO-001. This is most easily seen in the numerous SW to NE die scratches from the bust of Lincoln.

YOU sir, have made quite a few people in this room laugh very hard. Our thing is to add ski to most of the vocabulary, so that's how this all came aboutski, hahaha.

Found one just like it not to long ago, and your not going to be happy with the value... In perfect condition, it's worth all but $50 bucks! One of the lowest values for a DDO...
But hay, $10-$50 isn't all that bad for a penny!

I need to go thru my bag of '95s I have to see if I can find one. All the others I thought I had were MD.
