I collect these sets and $2 sheets & Star notes, but have never seen a radar. I've sent you a private message with contact information on the expert I confide in.
Cool notes ;]] I too collect two's! But I stick to star notes, radar notes, repeater notes and different b-day notes (A00002010A).
Some things I've learned about these $2 notes: Series 2003A, from the St Louis FRB, a run of 32,000* with serials H20080000D through H20111999D. There are only four possible radars, H20088002D, H20099002D, H20100102D** and H20111102D. *USPaperMoney.Info states that this run is 26,888, but based on the serials, the run is 32,000. Typo? **Shown above
32,000 printed, but only 26,888 issued, because the 2008xxxx serials were only available in the Double Lucky Money set, which had a sales limit of 4,888. (Maybe I should just list 32,000 as the quantity anyway, though? I'm not quite sure what's the best way to handle cases like this....)
Your ordser must have been filled the same day as mine. I have H20100101D and G20100817D. I bought the 2010 set for my son who was born in 2010. I hoped for 20100823 on one of the notes because his birthday is August 8, 2010. Missed it by 6 notes. If anyone gets one, I am interested. I am also interested in 20080425 from the 2008 set for my other son's birthday of April 25, 2008. I located one of these on ebay but am still looking for the others.
You made me go back and look when you posted your sons BD, as the date sounded familiar. I was a little disappointed for you because the one I have turned out to be G20100818D. Close but no cigar. Sorry, I can't help you. I also have C20090619D and E20090201D birthday notes. Just a side note: I'll be keeping H20100102D.
